- Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Royal Blackburn Hospital Pilot £50,000
- Derby City Council, Stay Warm and Healthy Programme £83,300
- Derbyshire County Council, Healthy Home Project £163,900
- Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Winter Warmth Support Service £163,900
- Durham County Council, Warm and Healthy Homes Programme £100,000
- East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Health Through Warmth £100,000
- Islington London Borough Council, multiple schemes, including SHINE – Seasonal Health Intervention Network £163,900
- Wigan Council, Affordable Warmth Access Referral Mechanism (AWARM) £100,000
