ECO Flexible Eligibility Statement of Intent templates

Two Statement of Intent (SOI) templates (see attachments below) have been developed by ALEO London with the intention of supporting local authorities to participate in ECO2(t) and specifically flexible eligibility.

The first template is designed to be used by local authorities intending to sign off and issue declarations of households identified under the flexible eligibility arrangements. The second template is for local authorities that are not in a position to sign off and issue declarations, but are willing to allow another local authority to do this on their behalf.

Please note that these templates are provided with the intention of being helpful and that councils may choose to adapt these to suit their own purposes, or take a different approach, as long as they have regard to the BEIS guidance.
