NEA has launched is Impact Report for 2016-17 - A Fairer Energy Future For All.

NEA says that it has "delivered higher numbers of direct household assistance, training, and advice than in recent years and we have engaged in some really impactful partnerships that have made a real difference to so many people's lives. Our campaigning and policy work has helped to instigate positive changes as well as secure cross-party recognition of the issue and support to tackle it. Through our not-for-profit community interest company Warm Zones cic, we have installed energy efficiency measures in over 4,000 households."
