ALEO South East regional update for the ALEO National Executive meeting - July 2017

Details of any meetings held and/or forthcoming:

ALEO South East AGM held 26th April, Eastbourne - Elected Chair Hazel Hill, Vice Chair Marie Jones, Treasurer Cati Smith to hold posts for two years, as per amendments to constitution. Agenda included minimum energy efficiency standards, presented by Oxford City Council, Solar PV battery and storage fro North Star Solar and ECO flex local authority criteria by John Kolm Murray, with a discussion following after.

Many of our authorities are seeking to write a Statement of Intent, some are two-tier authorities whilst others are unitary. Many thanks To ALEO for the template for use.

Our next meeting is scheduled for 13th September at Guildford.

Looking to have Agility Eco and Ovo energy regarding Vcharge

LA ECO flex to continue to be on agenda to look at progress/issues etc

Any other comments, e.g. issues or barriers:

Secured funding for South east region from utilities for a further year.
