NHF blogs report 10% of households are in fuel poverty

A recent two-part blog post from The National Housing Federation (NHF) reports that 10% of all households are in fuel poverty - including one in five young people - and that the UK has the second worst energy standards in Europe.

The first blog post, written by Jenny Charlton, provides an analysis of fuel poverty in the UK, under the Hill's definition:
