Ofgem: 'Know your rights' video promoted through social channels

[Published 15th December, 2020] Ofgem have launched a short ‘Know your rights’ video on its social channels to explain the new winter energy protections that came into force on 15th December). Ofgem are publicising the protections through the following channels:
