EPC Data now available

The Department for Communities and Local Government has provided access to energy performance of buildings data via the Open Data Communities website at: https://epc.opendatacommunities.org

The site provides access to Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates (EPC) data for buildings in England and Wales that is searchable, browsable and downloadable, individually or in bulk.

The site allows you to filter by some key criteria including address, property type and energy rating, and download record-level data for all Domestic EPCs, Non-domestic EPCs and Display Energy Certificates.

The published data includes terms and conditions of use and how address level data can be used.
