BEIS survey: Local Authority Experiences With Heat Pump Noise

BEIS are seeking feedback from Local Authorities about the impact of planning standards on deployment of heat pumps and particularly whether noise emissions are likely to become a significant barrier to meeting our target of deploying 600,000 heat pumps a year by 2028.
