The European Energy Poverty Observatory (EPOV) was launched on 29 January 2018, with a mission to improve the measuring, monitoring and sharing of knowledge and best practice on energy poverty in European member states.

To achieve its objectives, the Observatory provides a range of useful resources, including an indicator dashboard, evidence repository, catalogue of practical policies and measures, training material, members’ directory, and discussion forums.
