Opinions needed

Hello,
I am undertaking a research project in association with Solace (Society of Local Authority Chief Executives). My project investigates the role of Local Authorities regarding behaviour change using the examples of recycling and domestic energy efficiency.

I would be grateful if you could give me your opinions to help me establish the factors that local authority officers think have been most valuable in improving domestic energy efficiency in the last ten years. Results will not be attributed to respondents unless permission is expressly given. Most of the questions are multiple choice and it should only take a few minutes to complete.

The aim of the research is to identify factors that have helped or hindered improvements and investigate how our experience can be applied in the future.
