Cold Homes Toolkit Evaluation - deadline 26 March 2020

Post by AngelaE » Thu Mar 12, 2020 1:57 pm

In January 2018, Cornwall Council and Citizens Advice, with funding from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, produced the following toolkits:
• The 'Local Authority Toolkit: Supporting Fuel Poor and Vulnerable Households' to help local authorities, health and third sector partners to work together to reduce fuel poverty in their localities.
• The ‘Building cold homes referrals with the health sector toolkit’ to provide guidance on developing cold homes referrals in partnership with the health sector, so that health professionals are able to identify and refer patients who are vulnerable to living in a cold home.

Please follow the links to access the evaluation surveys:

• The ‘Building cold homes referrals with the health sector toolkit’ evaluation survey can be accessed at:
https://www.netigate.se/a/s.aspx?s=8257 ... 0597X21072
• The ‘Local Authority Toolkit: Supporting Fuel Poor and Vulnerable Households’ evaluation survey can be accessed here or https://www.netigate.se/a/s.aspx?s=8517 ... 6221X81272

The surveys will remain open for four weeks and close on Thursday 26 March. Once you have started the survey you will need to complete it in the same sitting, as it is not possible to return to it at a later time. Please note that you will need to choose an option for the multiple choice questions in order to progress to the next page, but you are able to skip the open text questions if you feel it is appropriate to do so. The surveys takes around 10 minutes to complete - thank you for your time
