Ofgem are publishing their final Consumer Vulnerability Strategy, which sets out their priorities to help protect gas and electricity consumers in vulnerable situations until 2025. Ofgem have extended thanks to everyone who engaged with them throughout the process, from attending workshops to responding to the consultation. The collective insight has helped inform the strategy and the input received was invaluable.
