Welcome to the Association of Local Energy Officers South East (ALEO South East)
Previously known as the South East Carbon Action Network (SE CAN).

We are a forum for the sharing of information among local authorities in the South East, with the aim of facilitating a reduction in carbon emissions, alleviating fuel poverty in the region and encouraging sustainable energy measures.
