Welcome to the Association of Local Energy Officers London (ALEO London)

ALEO London was previously known as the London HECA Forum.

ALEO London has over 60 local authority members from across the 33 London Boroughs and over 20 associate members from partner organisations involved in promoting energy efficiency within the capital. The Network meets three times a year and its activities and meetings are developed and coordinated by an elected committee of 8 local authority members.

ALEO London receives no core funding, and relies on annual subscriptions from local authority members and from our associate members. Our constitution is available on the Documents/Forum Business page.
